Adobe Photoshop 2021 (v22) was released October 19, 2020, introducing their new Neural filters and more.
As with all MAJOR releases of Photoshop (e.g. CC 2019, Photoshop 2020, Photoshop 2021 – a.k.a. v20, v21, v22), you’ll need to run a new ClearID® installer that supports the new major version release.
ClearID® v3.5.0 supports installation into Photoshop 2021.

ClearID® installers are backwards compatible and will install into all supported versions of Adobe Photoshop installed on the local system.
