Yes, you absolutely can, if you have the appropriate permissions. Select Edit > Send To associations… to see the Send-To list.

The default FFmpeg Send-To commands that ship with QuickDME™ can be deleted or easily restored from the above interface; to restore simply click “Reset FFmpeg”.
The default FFmpeg Send-To commands cannot be edited; however, you can create your own FFmpeg Send-To options if you have FFmpeg for Windows installed locally. See the AccessDME™ Quick Start user guide available via AccessDME™‘s HELP menu.
