Downloading our software using Microsoft Edge Browser

If you’re expreiencing download problems when using the Microsoft Edge browser to download our software, it’s because you’ll need to explicitly permit the download via a multi-step process.

Once the download is complete you’ll see the downlaod listed in your browser toolbar under “Downloads”.

Click the three dots next to the program you just downloaded and choose “Keep”.





Next you’ll see another warning window similiar to the one shown below.  Click “Show more” to see your options.Finally, after clicking “Show more”, click “Keep Anyway” to save the download.

You can now run the program you downloaded from your Downloads folder or copy & paste it to another location, then run the installer.
