The course is based on industry Best Practices and is comprised of both lecture and hands-on exercises.
Instruction will cover the importance of interrogating your DME in order to develop a proper workflow, provide an introduction to Photoshop and ClearID, and give students hands-on practice developing derivatives and deliverables. DME obtained from various sources, such as digital video recording systems, mobile devices, and in-car and body worn recording systems will be discussed and utilized in the practical exercises.
Level of Instruction: Beginner to Intermediate
Prerequisite: Students are expected to have an average skill level with computers such as: creating folders, saving files, navigating through the Windows environment, basic troubleshooting skills, installing software, etc. Basic computer skills are not taught in this course.
